If you're thinking that in the years since retiring from many decades of being the Harley Davidson dealer in Richmond, VA that Eddie Boomhower has been sitting on his ass doing nothing then you're wrong...very wrong! Eddie opened a very successful HD speed shop in Chesapeake, VA that he owned and operated up until a few years ago when he sold it.

Somewhere along the way he managed to find time to write his first book "The Racers Book" which is featured here on our website." The Racers Book" has been purchased in book form by hundreds of dirt track racing fans from all around the world. Why there's even a copy on a book shelf in an executive office at "The Motor Company" in Milwaukee, WI !

Not to sit back on his prior writing sucess Eddie has now started his second book, "The Sprint Story". The goal is to document the racing success of the beloved Harley Davidson Sprint in all forms of motorcycle racing. But we need you help to make this project happen. If you have any Sprint racing stories and photographs we'd like you give you your "15 Seconds of Fame" in this new publication.
